What is included in the standard warranty for Kiwi Ears products?
All Kiwi Ears In-Ear Monitors (IEMs) come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage resulting from improper use, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and generally arrive within 3-5 business days.
Are Kiwi Ears IEMs compatible with standard smartphones?
Yes, our IEMs use standard 3.5mm or 4.4mm connectors. However, for the best audio fidelity, we recommend using a dedicated Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) or amplifier.
What is your return policy for earphone products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. If your product is defective upon arrival, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.

Absolutely. Kiwi Ears monitors are engineered with precise frequency response and high isolation, making them ideal for both professional musicians on stage and studio engineers.
How do I choose the right ear tip size?
Each Kiwi Ears set includes multiple sizes of silicone and/or foam tips. We recommend trying all sizes to ensure a complete seal, which is critical for optimal bass response and noise isolation.
